Ingredients

For the Brussels Sprouts
  • 1.5 pounds Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
For the Balsamic Glaze
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Large bowl

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized, flipping halfway through.
  5. While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, prepare the balsamic glaze. In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and honey. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
  6. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the roasted Brussels sprouts before serving.
