Ingredients
  

For the Salad
  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup cantaloupe, cubed
  • 1 cup honeydew melon, cubed
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented
For the Dressing
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Combine watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, grapes, and orange segments in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, mint, and lemon juice.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
  4. Chill for 10 minutes before serving.
