Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
For Serving
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until shrimp turn pink.
  4. Serve the shrimp over cooked rice and garnish with fresh parsley.
