  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 banana ripe banana
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup almond milk
For the Topping
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey optional

Method
 

  1. Add the frozen berries, banana, spinach, and almond milk to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the smoothie into two glasses.
  4. Sprinkle chia seeds on top and drizzle with honey if desired.
