- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and frozen vegetables. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and bread crumbs evenly over the top.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
