Ingredients
  

For the Smoothie
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 scoop protein powder vanilla or chocolate flavor
  • 1 banana banana frozen
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp honey optional

Method
 

  1. Add almond milk, protein powder, banana, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
