Ingredients
  

For the Pork Chops
  • 4 bone-in pork chops about 1-inch thick
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the pork chops and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove from heat and let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
