Method
- Place the pork loin in the crockpot.
- Add the sauerkraut, sliced onion, brown sugar, caraway seeds, and black pepper on top of the pork.
- Pour the apple juice over the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Remove the pork from the crockpot and slice or shred it. Serve with the sauerkraut mixture.
