Ingredients
  

For the Cake
  • 1 box pink velvet cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
For the Frosting
  • 1 package cream cheese frosting
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream

Equipment

  • 9x13 inch baking pan
  • Mixing bowls
  • Electric mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  4. Let the cake cool completely.
  5. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese frosting and whipped cream until smooth.
  6. Spread the frosting evenly over the cooled cake. Cut into squares before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
