Ingredients
  

For the Crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
For the Cheesecake Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Pecan Pie Topping
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Equipment

  • 9x13 inch baking pan
  • Mixing bowls
  • Electric mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla. Pour over the crust.
  4. Combine pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, and vanilla in a bowl. Spoon evenly over the cheesecake layer.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until set. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
