  • 1 cup almond milk or any milk of choice
  • 1 banana frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 tsp honey optional
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
