Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tsp honey optional

Method
 

  1. Peel the bananas and break them into chunks.
  2. Add the banana chunks, peanut butter, milk, ice cubes, and honey (if using) to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
