  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
Toppings
  • 1/2 banana sliced
  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts optional

Method
 

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, peanut butter, and sweetener. Stir well.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 8 hours.
  3. Before serving, top with sliced banana and chopped nuts.
