For the Bake
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 apple chopped
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, milk, chopped apple, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until set and lightly golden.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving.
