Ingredients
  

For the Main Course
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
For the Side
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the salmon for 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Rinse the quinoa under cold water. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, add quinoa, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Stir in butter and serve alongside the salmon.
