- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the salmon for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
- Rinse the quinoa under cold water. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, add quinoa, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in butter and serve alongside the salmon.
