Ingredients
  

Main Course
  • 4 salmon fillets skin-on
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
Side Dish
  • 1 cup quinoa rinsed
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon skin-side down for 3 minutes.
  4. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, cook quinoa in boiling water for 15 minutes. Drain and stir in butter.
  6. Serve the salmon with quinoa on the side.
