Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon skin-side down for 3 minutes.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook quinoa in boiling water for 15 minutes. Drain and stir in butter.
- Serve the salmon with quinoa on the side.
