Ingredients
  

Champagne Cocktail
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 sugar cube
  • 120 ml champagne chilled
Sparkling Pomegranate Punch
  • 240 ml pomegranate juice
  • 120 ml vodka
  • 1 bottle sparkling wine chilled
  • pomegranate seeds for garnish

Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Strainer
  • Champagne flute

Method
 

  1. For the Champagne Cocktail: Place the sugar cube in a champagne flute and add the bitters.
  2. Slowly pour the champagne into the glass.
  3. For the Sparkling Pomegranate Punch: In a pitcher, mix the pomegranate juice and vodka.
  4. Add the sparkling wine just before serving.
  5. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.

Notes

Serve immediately for best results.
