Non-Alcoholic Autumn Harvest Punch

Ingredients
  

For the Punch
  • 4 cups apple cider
  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
For Garnish
  • 1 apple sliced
  • 1/2 cup cranberries fresh
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

Equipment

  • Large pitcher
  • Wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. In a large pitcher, combine apple cider, cranberry juice, orange juice, and lemon juice.
  2. Add ground cinnamon and ground ginger. Stir well.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let flavors blend.
  4. Serve over ice and garnish with apple slices, cranberries, and cinnamon sticks.

Notes

For a sparkling version, add 1 cup of ginger ale or sparkling water before serving.
