Ingredients
  

For the Peach Mixture
  • 2 cups peaches, diced fresh or canned
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
For the Cream Layer
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix the diced peaches, lemon juice, and honey. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, combine the whipped cream, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract.
  3. Layer the peach mixture and cream mixture in serving cups.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
