No Bake Granola Bar Bites with Oats and Seeds

Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Warm the peanut butter and honey in a small saucepan until smooth.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Roll the mixture into small balls and place on a lined tray.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
