Ingredients
  

For the Energy Bites
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Place the balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
