No-Bake Chocolate Oat Bars

Easy no-bake dessert bars made with chocolate and oats. Perfect for a quick treat.

Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
For the Topping
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup milk

Equipment

  • 8x8 inch baking pan
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, and honey. Press the mixture firmly into the pan.
  3. Melt chocolate chips with milk in a microwave or double boiler. Pour over the oat base.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
