Ingredients
  

For the Baked Brie
  • 1 wheel Brie cheese 8 oz
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
For the Mini Meatballs
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the Brie wheel on a baking sheet. Top with cranberry sauce and pecans.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is soft.
  4. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, and egg. Form into small meatballs.
  5. Cook meatballs in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 10 minutes. Toss with barbecue sauce.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes

You can prepare the meatballs ahead and reheat them before serving.
