Ingredients
  

For the Main Course
  • 1 kg beef roast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
For the Side Dish
  • 500 g potatoes peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
For the Dessert
  • 200 g chocolate dark
  • 100 ml cream

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Rub the beef roast with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the roast in a baking dish and cook for 1 hour or until done.
  4. Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash with butter and garlic powder.
  5. Melt the chocolate with cream to make a ganache for dessert.
