Ingredients
  

Main Course
  • 1 whole chicken about 4 lbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup green beans steamed
Dessert
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rub the chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken in a roasting pan and bake for 60 minutes or until fully cooked.
  4. Prepare the mashed potatoes and steam the green beans while the chicken cooks.
  5. For dessert, mix flour, sugar, and vanilla extract, then bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
