- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.

- Add milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in boiling water. The batter will be thin.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
- Let the cake cool. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles before serving.
