Ingredients
  

For the Baked Brie
  • 1 wheel Brie cheese 8 oz
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
For the Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus
  • 16 spears asparagus trimmed
  • 8 slices prosciutto cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the Brie wheel on a baking sheet. Top with cranberry sauce and pecans.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is soft.
  4. Wrap each asparagus spear with a half-slice of prosciutto. Drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes until the asparagus is tender.
