  • 4 chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
For the Side
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes prepared
  • 1 cup green beans steamed

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 5 minutes on each side until browned.
  4. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  5. Serve the chicken with mashed potatoes and steamed green beans.
