Ingredients
  

For the Bruschetta
  • 1 baguette French baguette sliced
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
For the Cheese Platter
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese cubed
  • 1 cup brie cheese sliced
  • 1/2 cup grapes

  • Baking sheet
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch pieces and arrange on a baking sheet.
  3. Toast the bread in the oven for 5-7 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. In a bowl, mix the diced tomatoes, basil, and olive oil.
  5. Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted bread slices.
  6. Arrange the cheese and grapes on a serving platter.
  7. Serve the bruschetta and cheese platter immediately.
