Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, miso paste, maple syrup, rice vinegar, and black pepper until smooth.
- Add the Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the glaze.
- Spread the glazed Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and slightly caramelized, flipping them halfway through.
- Remove from the oven, transfer to a serving dish, and top with the crumbled bacon before serving.
Notes
You can adjust the amount of maple syrup to your preference for sweetness.
