- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Reduce heat to medium. Pour the heavy cream into the skillet, then add Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and oregano. Stir to combine.
- Simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
