Ingredients
  

For the Salad
  • 2 cans tuna in water, drained
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
For the Dressing
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the tuna, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
