Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
- Mix pancake mix, water, and maple syrup in a bowl until smooth.
- Fill each muffin cup halfway with batter.
- Add chopped sausage and cheese to each cup.
- Top with remaining batter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with extra maple syrup for dipping.
