Ingredients
  

For the Salmon
  • 4 6-ounce fillets Salmon skin on or off
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
For the Glaze
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Place them on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the salmon with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
  4. Pour or brush the glaze evenly over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of your fillets.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the glaze for a little heat. This salmon pairs well with roasted vegetables or a simple salad.
