Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup ripe mango chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • ice cubes optional

Method
 

  1. Add mango chunks, yogurt, milk, honey, and cardamom powder to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again for a chilled smoothie.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
