Ingredients
  

For the Cream Layer
  • 2 cups heavy cream chilled
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Mango Layer
  • 3 cups ripe mangoes sliced
  • 1 cup graham crackers crushed

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Add the condensed milk and vanilla extract to the whipped cream. Fold gently until well combined.
  3. In a serving dish, layer crushed graham crackers, followed by the cream mixture, and then sliced mangoes.
  4. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of mangoes on top.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, use ripe and sweet mangoes. You can also add a drizzle of condensed milk on top before serving.
