Ingredients
  

For the Mango Layer
  • 2 cups ripe mango diced
  • 1 tbsp honey
For the Coconut Cream Layer
  • 1 cup coconut cream chilled
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

  • Whisk

Method
 

  1. Combine diced mango and honey in a bowl. Mix gently and set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk chilled coconut cream and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Layer mango mixture and coconut cream in serving glasses.
  4. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

For best results, use ripe mangoes and well-chilled coconut cream.
