Ingredients
  

For the Pasta
  • 1 lb penne pasta
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
For the Chicken
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Equipment

  • Large pot
  • Baking dish

Method
 

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Mix the cooked pasta with marinara sauce and place in a baking dish.
  4. Top with cooked chicken and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days or bake immediately at 375°F for 20 minutes.
