Method
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Use kitchen shears to cut through the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping at the tail fin.
- Gently pull the shell apart and lift the meat, keeping it attached at the base. Place the meat on top of the shell.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the meat is opaque.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
