Method
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter the hoagie rolls and toast them lightly in the skillet. Set aside.
- Add the leftover prime rib slices to the skillet and warm for 1-2 minutes per side.
- Spread horseradish sauce on the toasted rolls if using.
- Layer the warmed prime rib on the rolls and top with shredded provolone cheese.
- Serve immediately.
