Leftover Prime Rib Sandwich

A simple way to use leftover prime rib in a delicious sandwich.

Ingredients
  

For the Sandwich
  • 4 slices leftover prime rib thinly sliced
  • 2 hoagie rolls
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp horseradish sauce optional
  • 1/4 cup provolone cheese shredded

  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter the hoagie rolls and toast them lightly in the skillet. Set aside.
  3. Add the leftover prime rib slices to the skillet and warm for 1-2 minutes per side.
  4. Spread horseradish sauce on the toasted rolls if using.
  5. Layer the warmed prime rib on the rolls and top with shredded provolone cheese.
  6. Serve immediately.
