Ingredients
  

For the Matcha Latte
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 tsp honey or sweetener optional
  • 1 cup ice
For the Vanilla Sweet Cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp sugar

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk matcha powder with hot water until smooth.
  2. Add milk and sweetener to the matcha mixture. Stir well.
  3. Fill a glass with ice and pour the matcha mixture over it.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk heavy cream, milk, vanilla extract, and sugar until slightly thickened.
  5. Top the iced matcha latte with the vanilla sweet cream.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust sweetness to taste. For a dairy-free version, use coconut milk and coconut cream.
