- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces, flour, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the chicken evenly.
- Spread the coated chicken in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and lightly golden.
- While the chicken is baking, prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and the sauce is combined.
- Once the chicken is done, transfer the hot chicken bites to a clean large bowl. Pour the hot honey garlic butter sauce over the chicken and toss to coat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and sesame seeds, if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
You can adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to control the level of spiciness. For a thicker sauce, you can simmer it for a few extra minutes.
