Method
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Place salmon fillets on one side of the sheet pan. Brush half of the honey soy glaze over the salmon.
- On the other side of the sheet pan, toss broccoli and bell pepper with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until salmon is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Brush remaining glaze over salmon before serving.
