Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
For the Honey Mustard Glaze
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, apple cider vinegar, and minced garlic.
  4. Brush the honey mustard glaze evenly over the chicken breasts.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
