Ingredients
  

For the Fruit Salad
  • 1 cup strawberries halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup grapes halved
  • 1 banana sliced
For the Honey Glaze
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Wash and prepare all the fruits as indicated in the ingredients list.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, pineapple chunks, grapes, and banana.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract to make the glaze.
  4. Drizzle the honey glaze over the fruit and gently toss to coat evenly.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour before serving.

Notes
