Method
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper, then sear on all sides until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer the pork to a baking dish. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, apple cider vinegar, and ginger to make the glaze.
- Brush half of the glaze over the pork. Roast in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove the pork from the oven, brush with the remaining glaze, and roast for another 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with any remaining glaze.
