Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
For the Glaze
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Rub with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange in the baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Pour over the chicken.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For crispier skin, broil for the last 2-3 minutes. Serve with rice or roasted vegetables.
