Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Rub with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange in the baking dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Pour over the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For crispier skin, broil for the last 2-3 minutes. Serve with rice or roasted vegetables.
