Ingredients
  

For the Pumpkin Cream
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 0.25 tsp pumpkin pie spice
For the Coffee
  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • ice

Equipment

  • Mason jar or shaker
  • Milk frother or whisk

Method
 

  1. In a mason jar or shaker, combine heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice.
  2. Shake or whisk until well combined and slightly frothy.
  3. Fill a glass with ice and pour cold brew coffee over it.
  4. Top with the pumpkin cream mixture.
  5. Stir gently before drinking.
