Ingredients
  

For the Fudge
  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 7 oz marshmallow creme
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Stir over medium heat until boiling.
  3. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted.
  5. Add marshmallow creme and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before cutting into squares.
