Ingredients
  

For the Cranberry Brie Bites
  • 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed
  • 4 oz Brie cheese cut into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup Cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp Pecans chopped
For the Caprese Skewers
  • 1 pint Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 container Small mozzarella balls
  • 1 bunch Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic glaze

  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. For the Cranberry Brie Bites: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
  2. Press each square into a mini muffin tin. Place a piece of brie in each pastry cup.
  3. Top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the brie is melted.
  5. For the Caprese Skewers: Thread a cherry tomato, a mozzarella ball, and a basil leaf onto small skewers.
  6. Arrange the skewers on a platter and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.

Notes

These appetizers can be prepared ahead of time and assembled just before serving. Adjust baking times as needed based on your oven.
