Ingredients
  

For the Salmon
  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the herb mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve immediately.
